CANCELLATION POLICY

If a cancellation is made within less than 24 hours, the deposit will be forfeited. • Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance •No-call / No-Show will be charged 100% of the appointment scheduled and you will be blocked from booking with me • Deposits are non-refundable, but with over 24 hours notice they may be applied to a future appointment only • Please arrive to your appointment with a bare face meaning no makeup or skincare • Please avoid consuming coffee/energy drinks or alcohol 24 hours before the service It is your responsibility to arrive on time to your appointment. There is a maximum grace period of 10 minutes. After 10 minutes the appointment will be automatically cancelled. Please notify me if you will be arriving late.
